Guys if you want to watch movies then you can find theatre with some standards of PVR, IMAX and other Metro, though you might find the screen too Small you will definitely get the facilities of surround sounds, 3Dtechnology and luxurious seats. In total the services are up to the standard. While watching the movie you get the same experience as you are watching movie in Australia, US and some other European nations.
You are lucky if you are an Indian or Hollywood fan, all the Hindi blockbuster movies are shown in every theatre within the valley. You don’t need to worry missing any movies of your favorite actor or actress during the release date. And for those who are from US,AUS or an European country, you can entertain yourself with English movies with your favorite casts with the 3d or non 3d format. Presently ,most of the people choose QFX cinema or Big Cinema .QFX cinemas has 3 branches at different places. Jay Nepal , Kumari Hall and QFX central are now consider as QFX cinemas. Jay Nepal is located at almost 5-10 min walk from Kings way , while Kumari Cinema is at Kamal Pokhari and QFX Central is located at Civil Mall complex located at Sundhara. Whereas Big cinemas is at City Centre ,kamal Pokhari.Both Big Cinemas and QFX central has multi screen so you don’t need to worry about waiting 3 hours for each show. Hardly you need to wait 30 min as each screen movie are showing continuously.
Gopi Krishna was one of the biggest Cinema Hall inside Nepal which is located at Chabahil and Guna Cinema has also the same capacity as Gopi Krishna , which is located at Gwarko, Ring Road. But if you want to get a good crowd and clean Seat with quality of all , then you must go to QFX Cinemas or BIG Cinemas in Kathmandu.
Now we have new Hall "Cine de Chef" at city center is opened. It is also know as five star hall. This is one of the best hall in Nepal. You will sure love this place. The ticket price is quite high in compare to any other hall in Nepal. To book the ticket call 4248402
