If you are planning to Visit Nepal. Then you must have a Visa to travel in Nepal. There are many ways and many useful information you should know before getting Visa for Nepal.
How to get Visa for Nepal.
Foreigners can get their Visa prirort to Arriving in Nepal at a Nepalses Embassy aboard or On arvial they can get the visa.Few Checkpoints if you Enter the Nepal by Airlines, then you must get the Visa at the Tribhuvan Internatioanl Airport.
Or If you are Planning to Enter Nepal by Land, Either from India or China, here are the few points of Entry.
1. Kakarvitta, Jhapa District, Eastern Nepal (by road)
2. Birgunj, Parsa District, Central Nepal, (by road)
3. Kodari, Sindhupalchowk District, Northern Border (by road, for group tourists only)
4. Belahia, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi District, Western Nepal (by road)
5. Jamunaha, Nepalgunj, Banke District, Mid-Western Nepal (by road)
6. Mohana, Dhangadhi, Kailali District, Far Western Nepal (by road)
7. Gadda Chauki, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur District, Far Western Nepal (by road)
Different ways to get Nepal Visa
1) Applying after Landing at TIA
2) Applying at each Immigration Office if you are entering through Land
3) Applying at Nepalese Embassy Abroad
Few Countries must get Visa Before arrival in Nepal
Nigeria,Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria
Indian Nationalist will not require any Visa but must carried Valid ID to enter Nepal.
Types of Visa and Visa Fee
New Visa Rates which is applicable from July 17,2019
15-days multiple entry visa – US $30
30-days multiple entry visa – US $50
90-days multiple entry visa – US $125
Visa on Arrival Process
For Processing the VISA on arrival, Please go through the following Link. We have mentioned all the steps one by one.
Visa extensions are available for tourist visas in Nepal
15-day extension – US $30
Extension over 15 days (up to 30 days) – US $2/day
Extension for more than 30 days – US $50
To extend their visas foreigners have the option of completing the entire process at the Department of Immigration in Kathmandu or the Immigration Office in Pokhara, or of completing the application form online (http://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/) and then bringing a copy of the form with them to those offices. Foreigners must bring their passports (showing their Nepal tourist visas) with them to receive an extension. Extensions can be paid in USD or Nepalese Rupees. Extension fees are not charged for children under 10.

Pokhara: The Immigration Office is located in Sahid Chowk, Pokhara. The office can be reached at 061-465167.
